Pandaros Pattern Targeter
Targeters of the Pandaros pattern are reasonably well liked by troops due to their robust construction and comparable easue of manufacture which makes them more readily available than other patterns. However, the machine spirits of weapons equipped with a Pandaros pattern tend to be somewhat sluggish and have difficulties in differentiating between targets tightly clustered together.
When shooting into a melee with a weapon equipped with a Pandaros pattern targeter, any attacks missing by one Degree of Failure instead hit a friendly target engaged in the same melee (note that this is not the same as the standard optional rule for stray shots, which randomly assigns the hit among other participants of the melee).
