The 25 flitter manufactured by Axial Obelisk Enterprises (AOE) is a slim, light backpack-type flitter (see Contract Directory, page 128), which none the less proves to be remarkably rugged. Both these characteristics make the 25 ideally suited as an emergency system for extra-vehicular repairs or evacuations on small spaceships and installations, where space is at a premium.
Some Dark Frontiers killers have also discovered their liking of the unique combination of small size and resistance to adverse conditions or outright damage offered by the propulsion device.
The AOE 25 carries fusion cells and enough reaction mass for 50 hours of continuous use. The flitter costs 2100c and weights 18kg.
