Reactive Escape Acceleration Coil
If a vehicle equipped with a reactive escape acceleration coil loses hitpoints, the vehicle’s speed is increased by +10/+1 for one round for every full 10 hitpoints lost.
An acceleration coil increases a vehicles Purchase DC by +1.
Thoughts
This is a bit closer to the original idea for a vehicular enchantment I started into January with. It actually goes back to a kind of common root with the teleporting arrows presented earlier this month. However, yesterday’s shield generator turned out to be a necessary stepping stone in getting the exact function and wording for the rules down to the point.
