The Lotus Chalice
When dried or powdered lotus is mixed with water in this chalice and drunk, its effects are that of fresh lotus of the appropriate type. When fresh lotus is mixed with water in this chalice and drunk, its effects are that of the refined lotus product of the appropriate type (in case of black lotus, the effects are those of improperly prepared black lotus wine).
