BioScope endoscopes put technology developed in other areas of biogenetic research to medical use. The optical nerves of highly sensitive eyes are threaded through a thin sheath of strong musculature able to both move and lengthen and contract considerably. Light emitting cells are included together with the eyes. At the base of the tendril the nerve signals coming from the eyes in the tip are transformed in a specialised cell cluster and beamed to the viewing monitor.
