Powerwings provide a new class of urban air mobility complementing dropship and helicopter use where use of such heavier conventional craft is not an option. A Powerwings ultralight is constructed from low density ceramics and foamed composites, resulting in a weight of no more than 50 kg while simultaneously featuring a fully rigid frame and hard wing design.
The craft is deployable from its folded down carry position in less than five minutes. The fixed turbine propulsion system is powered by a 1000 hour internal cell.
