The fabric of this handkerchief is partially woven from healing herbs and soaked in oils and essences of further herbs.
Used preventively, a Talabheimer tuch provides a +5 bonus on tests against contracting any diseases with the Cough and Sneezes symptom. For users who are already sick, it halves the effects of Cough and Sneezes on those around them (exposed persons need only test for contraction every two hours instead of every hour).
