Day 18: The Red Star
Imperial City Hall Station Station
This abandoned subway station under downtown is the central hub for Imperial City’s grey market and dealings with the city’s substantial and well organized population of mole people and other inhabitants of its sprawling sub-layers.
Characters can have an Allegiance to Imperial City Hall Station, representing them being trusted actors on the grey market. In addition to the usual benefits of an Allegiance, this also gives them a +1 bonus on Wealth checks for transactions on the grey market in the station.
