Sand Pirates of Prometheus
Sand Pirates of Prometheus is something of a misnomer. If you understood it as pirates recruiting from Prometheus – and mainly slaves at that -, you would be correct. If you understood it as pirates operating in the – relative – vicinity of the Prometheus metrozone, you woul be correct as well. But if you understood it as pirates acting with Promethean blessing or on behalf of Prometheus, you would be dead wrong. In facht, the opposite would be more correct, as the pirates mainly prey on private Promethean merchants. If they concentrate their individuals fleets of heavily armed sand krawlers, they even possess enough strength to threaten large konvoys and even the drakonium harvester fleets of the metrozone itself.
