An interactive underground guidebook to Orienta, NoirMatsu provides unique insights into the infamous city’s swollen underbelly of shadows. The eclectic collection includes anything from nightlife hot spots to gang turfs and from gambling dens to backstreet biolabs, giving only an address or a name in some cases and professionally rating the cuisine of a restaurant while listing which crime bosses and company managers you can rub shoulders with while dining there in others.
NoirMatsu is usually free to those who know how to get hold of a copy.
Obtaining a copy of NoirMatsu requires a Streetwise rank of 4 or more. The varying quality of the information in the database requires a roll of 2d10 to determine the information available on a given topic. The database contains information equivalent to a rank of Streetwise equal to the lower of the two dice. If the roll was a double, the information is also equivalent to a Bad Info of the same rank. The effects only apply to information related to Orienta.
