Yefimov
The Yefimov is a heavy Bastion-class skyship. These are specialist interdictor vessels, used by the Red Fleet to shield base and operation areas against protocol gates, thereby limiting enemy protocol mobility and closing vectors for surprise attacks and preventing the retreat of enemy skyships and other forces.

Long Range Protocol Interference Suite
An active Long Range Protocol Interference Suite forces all kasters trying to kast any type of gate protcol to make a Concentration check against a DC of 45 or fail at the kast. This affects an area of between 0.5 and 25 km radius centred on the suite. Changing the radius of the effect takes a full round action. Individual kasters can be exempted from the effects, but any exemptions must be defined before the Long Range Protocol Interference Suite is activated. A Long Range Protocol Interference Suite must be structure mounted. It does not take up any cargo space or hardpoints.

Despite being a model office in all regards, Yekatarina Ilyurnovna (Red Fleet Officer level 10) is kept under special surveillance by the Kommissariat, as her grandfather was known for being close with proscribed poets and other enemies of the state.
