Even amongst the already rare star-clipper of the Imperium, the ships of the Phaeacian class are rarities indeed – and in more ways than one. While their primary purpose as passenger ships makes them stand out, already, their true claim to universal fame is their marvelous speed. Unmatched by other Imperial vessels and approaching the Eldar’s unbelievable feats, it is the result of ancient mysteries of starship construction, now long lost to the Adeptus Mechanicus and only kept alive in the sacred schematics of the Phaeacian class.

Hauler of Men: This vessel was designed for transporting men, and no amount of retrofitting can fully change this. This hull comes preequipped with one Barracks component and one Luxury Passenger Quarters component. The hull’s Space has already been reduced to account for this, however, when the ship is constructed it must be able to provide two Power to each of these components, for a total of four Power.

blut_und_glas: […] Homer-a-Day?
Homer-a-Day – one Homer inspired Warhammer 40,000 article per day, for one month. Pure hubris, incited when a stroll through our own archives led first to reexamining the Odysseus Pattern Astartes Greatbow and then to the exchange quoted above.
Don’t uncork what you can’t contain.
