The Domains of the Dragon Gods – new cleric domains for D&D/Freeya

The Dragon Gods, Awakening Masters, Conquerors of Creation

After banishing the gods of the circle to the outer void, the dragons sundered mountains, boiled seas and cleft the very substance of the planes in twain. They battled against the giants, warred with the dwarves, and fought amongst themselves. Finally, having taken all of their elemental progenitors’ creation as their own to rule, they took to reshaping life itself in their terrifying image to rule in their stead, while they laid down to rest.

As the prophesied time of awakening draws near, the dragons dream of resubjugating the world that is theirs by right of conquest.

Domain Spells of the Dragon Gods

Servant of One, Subject to Ten
When you choose this domain at 1st level, you must choose one specific dragon god corresponding to one of the five colours of chromatic Solokai to be your god. The metallic Vermai were all murdered in their sleep, and while worshippers remain, there are no longer any living gods of the five metallic colours to grant powers to their clerics.
You can speak, read and write Dracon, Ancient Drashal, Drashal and Drai.

Bonus Proficiency
Also at 1st level, you gain proficiency with martial weapons and heavy armor.

Channel Divinity: The Masters’ Will
At the 2nd level, as an action you present your holy symbol and speak with the authority of your god. If your god is a chromatic Solokai, all enemy creatures that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you suffer disadvantage on their saving throws against enchantments for 1 minute.
If your god is a metallic Vermai, all friendly creatures that can see or hear you within 30 feet of you gain advantage on their saving throws against enchantments for 1 minute.

Useful Slave
At 6th level, as a reaction you may drop prone and start praying. As long as you stay prone and pray and take no other actions or reactions, any dragon with whom you share a language will not attack you or target you with any spells or other abilities.

Divine Strike
At 8th level, you gain the ability to infuse your weapon strikes with divine energy. Once on each of your turns when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 damage to the target. The type of the extra damage is determined by the colour of your dragon god.

When you reach the 14th level the extra damage increases to 2d8.

Temple Lair
At 17th level, you can use lair actions as a dragon of the colour of your god. You may treat all temples of your god as your lair.
