Homer-a-Day, Day 18: Circe
Circe Malefica
A shadowy figure of legend variously described as a chaos sorceress, xenos witch or even a renegade Magos Biologis, she is said to hold court at a remote location of some kind, be it a planetary outpost, asteroid base or deep void station, there ruling over hordes of degenerate beastmen, victims of the terrible powers she wields over the flesh and bodies of others. A curiously consistent detail of these tales has all of them pointing out how even the mighty Astartes are unable to resist transformation and enslavement by Circe Malefica.
