Bioprotokol
Bioprotokol was a nominally civilian agency for microbiological-medical-sorcery research of the URRS. Its clandestine main purpose was the research, development and production of biological weapons for the Red Fleet and the Kommissariat.
Pathogens from the laboratories and arsenals maintained by Bioprotokol have a DC increased by +1 to +3 compared to their wildtype equivalents. Some of them may also have their damage increased by one die type.
Apart from this work on known diseases, Bioprotokol is also rumored to have been involved in research into wholly new and esoteric bioweapons. However, trails of these projects – if they ever existed – vanish with the official dissolution of the agency following the collapse of the URRS.
