GoodKnight is a data security package in use by DarkNight and also available via DarkNight affiliated black market sources. It combines the strong, intelligent encryption module at its core with a host of stealth options for masquerading sensitive information and communications as other innocuous data traffic and with a set of particularly volatile anti-tamper routines for destroying protected data and surrounding systems in case of an attempted breach.
On the Black Market, single user copies of GoodKnight are available for around 80u.
Retrieving GoodKnight protected data requires a passive Computer Subterfuge of 9. Failed attempts result in irretrievable loss of data.
