The Psychological Protection Protocol, informally also called the mood booster (and, less kindly, the mood buster due to some of its side effects), is employed by WTA sorceresses to prevent battle fatigue in Western soldiers (and, as some anti-war activists claim, hype them up before active combat).
All willing creatures within the protocol’s area of effect when it is first kast become immune to fear effects and intimidation. They may choose to continue to act when reduced to negative hit points as if they possessed the Diehard feat, although they do not automatically become stable upon being reduced to negative hit points. These effects persist for the duration of the protocol, even if the creatures later leave the original area of effect.
In addition, all affected creatures suffer 2 points of temporary Wisdom damage.
Overkast: 1d4 temporary hit points and an additional 2 points of temporary Wisdom damage per grade (1d4 temporary hit points and 2 additional points of temporary Wisdom damage at grade I, 2d4 temporary hit points and 4 additional points of temporary Wisdom damage at grade II, and so on).
