Populating the Village: Tradition – two characters for The Red Star

Kar Dathra Hand
Ahmiretat
Ahmiretat (female Expert 7) is veritably ancient and thus accorded immense respect, knowing each and every other living villager since their births. After surviving that long and always having done things the old ways all her long life, she knows those ways to be the best and knows, too, how challenges to the community and its traditions should best be met.

Abu Sardar
By right and tradition, the aging Abu Sardar (male Nistaani Warrior 3) is the chief of the village. The new laws of the new government care little for the traditional rules and way of life of rural communities, though. The knowledge that a runaway girl just come back from Koba now thinks she can dismiss him and even order him around galls him no end.

Notes
Hard old people. Opponents, open attacks against whom will almost automatically be seen as attacks against the community itself.
I briefly toyed with the idea of making Abu Sardar Arzu’s father but decided against it.
