Hand Shoes
Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement)
These supple leather shoes old boots allow an atuned wearer to use his feet as additional hands. Doing so usually prevents the wearer from moving, as they need to stand on one leg or sit down to make use of their extra hand(s). While moving, their feet and the hand shoes act as normal.
