If, during random ship generation using Random Starships and Random Starships II, a facility is rolled that would not fit into the vessel, because it would exceed the maximum of facilities (of the respective size), roll on the table below. If the resulting penalty is accepted, the facility has somehow been squeezed into the vessel, if to the detriment of other vital systems.
