To model foreign fighters amongst the Nasr Kien, simply add a fourth option to the Regional Origin class feature of the Nistaani Warrior:

Foreign Fighter: A foreign fighter speaks, reads and writes one additional language. Furthermore, access to international support and funding provide a foreign fighter with a +1 increase to their starting wealth bonus and a +2 bonus to all Profession checks.
