The principles used by Medikasters to manipulate a body for the purpose of repairing it can just as easily be turned to more destructive applications.

The protocol’s target experiences intense pain in all muscles and risks massive injury to their muscles from even light strain. At the end of each round in which the target takes a full, standard or move action involving a large degree of physical movement, the target takes 1 point each of Strength and Dexterity damage, up to a total of 8 points of Strength and Dexterity damage maximum each. A successful save reduces the maximum amount of ability damage by half.

Overkast: The maximum amount of ability damage which can be caused over time increases by 4 points each per grade (12 points each at grade I, 16 points each at grade II, and so on).
